Responsibilities
Maintaining an organized, safe, and show-ready warehouse
Managing equipment, check-ins/check-outs, and inventory software
Overseeing prep, quality control, and post-event returns
Ensuring trucks, vehicles, and equipment are ready and well-maintained
Supporting production teams during load-ins, sets, strikes, and load-outs
Improving warehouse workflows, processes, and efficiency
Qualification
Required
Experienced Warehouse Manager with a background in event production
Hands-on, organized leader with experience in event production or logistics (AV, décor, staging, or production)
Thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
Skilled at solving operational challenges and keeping workflows running smoothly
Comfortable using software to manage equipment and warehouse operations
Physically able to lift and move equipment 50+ lbs
Valid driver's license and able to support events on and off site
