Responsibilities

Manage a diverse civil litigation docket from intake through trial and appeal
Handle depositions, evidentiary hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials
Draft and argue motions, including dispositive motions, discovery motions, and procedural matters
Conduct complex discovery, including written discovery, depositions, and third‑party subpoenas
Represent clients in commercial, business, and real estate disputes
Develop case strategy and communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the Court
Assist with will and trust contests, fiduciary disputes, breach of fiduciary duty claims, contested accounting, and capacity/undue influence matters
Advise fiduciaries and beneficiaries regarding risk, strategy, obligations, and dispute resolution

Required

4–8+ years of civil litigation experience; probate litigation experience preferred but not required

Strong client service orientation and sound professional judgment
