Responsibilities
Independently source and qualify candidates for contract roles supporting large enterprises
Quickly assess role requirements and identify appropriate candidate profiles
Execute targeted searches rather than high-volume, generic outreach
Manage fluctuating workloads—periods of urgency followed by quieter intervals
Communicate clearly and professionally with internal team members
Maintain high ethical standards in candidate representation and client interaction
Qualification
Required
Proven experience recruiting contract talent, ideally for enterprise clients
Demonstrated success working independently in a remote environment
Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, resume databases, referrals, direct outreach)
Sound judgment when evaluating candidate fit and readiness
Comfort working flexibly when roles require focused effort outside standard hours
