Responsibilities
Automating and deploying DevSecOps systems
Creating and updating Terraform scripts to support DevSecOps systems
Using GitOps tools, e.g. ArgoCD, to create, manage and deploy Helm Charts to Kubernetes clusters
Working with the Platform One suite of services including Party Bus and Big Bang
Troubleshooting and working with Kubernetes technology including pods, services, and custom resources
Overseeing, automating, and streamlining container and security operations in a virtual environment
Integrate security practices throughout the software lifecycle, minimize vulnerabilities in source code and internal applications, and ensure processes are running smoothly
Automating processes (Terraform, Ansible, Python, Chef, PowerShell), working with containerization and orchestration (Docker or Podman, Kubernetes or OpenShift Container Platform), detecting security threats and vulnerabilities, and working in an enterprise-level virtual environment
Qualification
Required
Experience applying agile methodologies to the system development life cycle
Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code/Configuration-as-Code & IaC Automation
Experience with Kubernetes or OpenShift Container Platform
DoD 8570 certification – or ability to obtain within 6 months
Experience managing, testing, securing, and releasing software using automated tools
Experience developing, testing, and deploying technologies to build automated Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment pipelines
Experience supporting infrastructure, platform, and application systems to develop, deploy and operate software systems on a cloud hosted Kubernetes container platform
Proficiency with Terraform, Ansible, Gitlab CD, Gitlab Runners, GitOps/ArgoCD, Helm, Kubectl
Virtualization experience
Experience automating DevOps processes (Ansible, Python, Chef, PowerShell)
Experience detecting vulnerabilities in source code and internal applications
EDUCATION: Bachelors with 9+ or Master with 7+ Years of Experience
LOCATION: Full Time/ On-Site in Huntsville, AL
CLEARANCE REQUIRMENT: Secret
DOD 8570 REQUIREMENT: IAT - Level II
