Responsibilities
Create business dashboards and maintain various monthly reporting items
Analyze business reporting and perform root cause analysis
Build, deploy and analyze customer surveys
Create business cases for Senior Leadership
Perform various fleet and reliability tracking activities
Prepare cost models and forecasting projects for internal business units
Assist departments in KPI creation and maintenance
Lead efforts in maintaining data integrity and cleanliness
Become Customer Service POC for competitive intelligence
Identify process improvements to enhance business productivity
Qualification
Required
Bachelors' degree from a four-year college or university in Mathematics, Business, Finance, Data Science or a related field is required
Strong customer service focus is essential
Having strong leadership skills and ability to act as a team player
Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and foster positive relationships
Self-motivated, able to work independently, prioritize tasks, manage multiple time sensitive initiatives simultaneously
Ability to mobilize teams cross functionally and influence decisions
Excellent communication skills in Business English (read, write, speak)
Strong messaging skills for conveying strategic decisions and explorations
Possess strong organization/time management skills, with a focus on project management methodology
Must be results oriented with strong decision-making ability to include negotiation and conflict resolution skills, along with strong problem-solving skills
Strong computer skills needed (Microsoft Suite, Visio)
Preferred
Experience working with aircraft OEMs, airlines, consultancy firms, MRO organizations or 135 operators through projects/internship/co-op program highly preferred
Previous directly related experience in Business Operations, Parts Logistics, Senior leadership liaison, Contracts or Business Development through projects/internship/co-op program preferred
Preferred skills: (R, Python, Business Objects, Salesforce)
