Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Business Analysis and the ability to define and document Business Requirements
Experience in analyzing and optimizing Business Processes
Strong background in Systems Analysis and ability to collaborate with technical teams
Excellent Analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to effectively communicate and work with diverse teams and stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
Preferred
Experience in a similar role or internship is a plus
Knowledge of tools and methodologies like UML, BPMN, or workflow tools is advantageous
