Define and own the SRE architecture and strategy across platforms and teams
Design reliability frameworks using SLAs, SLIs, and SLOs
Architect solutions on AWS Cloud (primary platform)
Lead implementation of Chaos Engineering practices to improve system resilience
Design and optimize observability using Dynatrace and monitoring tools
Architect and govern Kubernetes platform reliability and scalability
Drive automation, incident management, and performance engineering practices
Mentor senior and junior SRE engineers
Collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, and leadership stakeholders
Qualification
Required
10+ years overall experience
Prior experience in SRE architecture or platform engineering leadership
AWS Cloud (Primary)
Chaos Engineering
Dynatrace
Kubernetes
SLA, SLI, SLO expertise
