US Army Corps of Engineers is seeking a Project Manager (Interdisciplinary) to work under the Chief of the International and Interagency Branch. The successful candidate will manage high-value projects, ensuring they are completed within budget and time constraints while coordinating with stakeholders and implementing project policies.

Responsibilities
Project Management: Expertly manages high-value Interagency and International Support (IIS) and Environmental projects, ensuring integration into the overall Branch Program and overseeing reimbursable studies
Project Oversight: Acts as Project Manager, evaluates project status per Project Management Plans (PMP), and oversees planning, design, and construction to meet customer expectations
Resource Management: Initiates and approves plans aligning project objectives with completed phases, ensuring adequate funding, manpower, and resources
Technical Evaluation: Assesses project milestones, analyzes data to maintain schedules, and resolves complex technical and administrative issues with guidance as needed
Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinates project needs with customers and regulatory agencies, providing guidance based on input and constraints
Policy Implementation: Implements program and project policies, ensuring adherence to objectives and incorporation of advanced science and technology
Qualification
Required
One year of specialized experience which includes: Experience assisting in overseeing the cost, schedule, and execution of special projects
Assisting in reviewing funding and manpower estimates to assure that there are sufficient resources to support project objectives
Coordinating project needs with the customer, State and/or local regulatory agencies
Updating federal, state or local authorities or agencies or customers on project status
Bachelor's degree (or higher degree) in engineering
Professional registration or licensure - Current registration as an Engineer Intern (EI), Engineer in Training (EIT), or licensure as a Professional Engineer (PE) by any State, the District of Columbia, Guam, or Puerto Rico
Evidence of having successfully passed the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) examination, or any other written test required for professional registration
Successful completion of at least 60 semester hours of courses in the physical, mathematical, and engineering sciences
Successful completion of a curriculum leading to a bachelor's degree in an appropriate scientific field, e.g., engineering technology, physics, chemistry, architecture, computer science, mathematics, hydrology, or geology
Bachelor's degree (or higher degree) in physical science, engineering, or mathematics that included 24 semester hours in physical science and/or related engineering science
Bachelor's degree (or higher degree) in the physical sciences, life sciences, or engineering that included 30 semester hours in chemistry, supplemented by course work in mathematics through differential and integral calculus, and at least 6 semester hours of physics
