Learning Management System Administrator
eTeam is seeking an LMS Administrator I to support the administration and maintenance of their Learning Management System. This role involves system support, user assistance, reporting, and ongoing LMS operations in collaboration with IT and business teams.
Responsibilities
Monitor and resolve LMS support tickets; escalate issues as needed
Assist with UAT business testing and LMS enhancements
Support data migrations, system testing, and troubleshooting
Maintain training records, user profiles, enrollments, and reporting
Coordinate calendars, assessments, and learner communications
Provide LMS training and support to instructors and learners
Run system reports and support special projects
Ensure LMS compliance with global legal and regulatory requirements
Support Agile/Veeva workflows during implementations
Qualification
Required
1–2 years of LMS administration or related experience
Hands-on experience troubleshooting LMS issues
Experience working with ticketing/customer support systems
Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Analytical mindset with willingness to learn and grow
High School Diploma or equivalent
Vocational or on-the-job training acceptable
