Apply daily cash receipts and maintain accurate customer account records
Review and approve new customer account setups
Respond to inquiries and resolve billing/payment issues
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
Support process improvements and team goals
Qualification
Required
1–2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or related accounting role
Proficient in Excel (including VLOOKUP)
Strong attention to detail and clear communication skills
