Responsibilities
Administer radiologist compensation calculations and disbursements across all vRad entities
Collaborate with Physician Relations and Legal teams to ensure compliance with current compensation arrangements
Assist in the design, testing, and ongoing enhancement of internal software tools used for radiologist compensation and reporting
Oversee the 1099 preparation and filing process to ensure timely and accurate reporting
Prepare payroll and benefit-related entries
Prepare credit card and expense reimbursement entries
Record ad hoc bank transactions as required
Serve as a backup for other team members as needed
Prepare internally developed software entries and collaborate with technology teams
Adhere to month end, quarter end and year end close calendar
Reconcile assigned balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis
Compile external audit requests
Prepare and update departmental procedure documents
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting and one year related work experience
Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Preferred
Local Twin Cities candidates preferred
Workday ERP experience is beneficial but not required
