Responsibilities
Perform full-cycle recruiting for exempt and non-exempt positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
Develop and maintain applicant tracking and applicant flow processes to ensure accurate reporting and compliance
Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, create accurate job descriptions, and align on recruiting strategies
Source candidates using advanced techniques including Boolean search, social platforms, networking, job boards, and agency partnerships
Coordinate interviews, facilitate structured interview processes, and support consistent hiring decisions
Negotiate employment offers in alignment with compensation guidelines and market benchmarks
Maintain relationships with colleges and high schools by coordinating recruiting, outreach, and development programs
Interact with external search firms and employment agencies to support specialized and hard-to-fill roles
Provide guidance to managers, supervisors, and applicants on federal, state, and corporate employment policies
Support diversity hiring initiatives and inclusive recruiting practices
Meet attendance requirements and support recruiting activity during extended hours when necessary
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting exempt and non-exempt staffing
Experience managing full-cycle recruiting within corporate, agency, or hybrid environments
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies
Advanced sourcing experience using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and related platforms
Working knowledge of HR operations, employment practices, and regulatory compliance
Preferred
SPHR or PHR certification preferred
