Corporate Lawyer
Responsibilities
Representing buyers and sellers in middle‑market M&A deals across diverse industries
Supporting private equity funds and financial sponsors on transactions and investments
Working on venture capital, corporate finance, and general business matters when needed
Drafting and negotiating commercial, corporate, and technology‑driven agreements supporting clients’ operational and strategic needs
Qualification
Required
2+ years handling M&A and/or private equity transactions
Texas bar required (or ability to waive in)
Strong drafting skills on M&A and PE purchase agreements and ancillary documents
Experience leading workstreams in transactions with sophisticated counterparties
Familiarity with equity financing structures, convertible instruments, governance, and corporate formation matters (or willingness to learn)
A practical mindset with the ability to advise growth‑focused businesses on strategic decisions
