Responsibilities
Assist with organizing project tasks, schedules, and timelines
Maintain, organize, and coordinate customer supplied material
Maintain project documentation for material and other customer required reports
Help coordinate meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items
Support communication between team members and stakeholders
Identify potential issues and escalate them to the Project Manager
Assist with basic reporting, budgeting, and resource tracking
Learn and apply project management tools, processes, and best practices
Qualification
Required
0–2 years of professional experience; internships or academic project experience welcomed
Bachelor's degree or coursework in Business, Management, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Able to understand bills of materials and manufacturing drawings
Basic understanding of inventory management
Experience with production planning and customer order fulfillment
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office. ERP/MRP experience is a plus
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to learn and take direction
Preferred
Relevant certifications (CAPM, PMP, etc) are a plus
