Western Alliance Bank is seeking motivated undergraduate students majoring in Computer Science or related fields for its Summer 2026 Internship Program. Interns will contribute to real-world projects that support the bank’s digital transformation and software development initiatives.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with IT teams on development, analytics, and automation projects

Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint deliverables

Participate in design discussions, learn and implement solutions such as custom applications, SaaS or Commercial platforms, and middleware integrations

Assist in building internal tools or prototypes using technologies such as .NET, Python, SQL, and Azure

Support testing, documentation, and deployment of software solutions

Attend learning sessions and mentorship activities

Required

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field

Familiarity with programming languages and standards (e.g., React, Node.js, Python, Java, C#, RESTful APIs etc.) and cloud platforms

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Interest in financial services and enterprise technology
