They are seeking a full-time remote Inside Sales Professional responsible for identifying and qualifying sales leads, managing customer accounts, and providing exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

Qualification
Required
Proven expertise in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
Strong skills in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
Experience with Account Management and maintaining long-term client relationships
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently in a remote setup while collaborating effectively with diverse teams
Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools; familiarity with data-driven strategies is a plus
Preferred
Previous experience within the Building & Industrial or Healthcare sectors is advantageous
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
