Responsibilities
Use strong analytical skills to investigate and trace data paths across complex IT systems, ranging from mainframe legacy to modern cloud-based environments. This includes understanding where data originates and how it is used within existing code
Take complex technical information and translate it into clear business needs and vice versa, effectively communicating with both technical teams and business stakeholders
Document data paths, perform data modeling, and assist with data transformation for reporting and analysis tools
Work independently with minimal supervision, taking initiative to interface with various technical teams and serve as a key support resource
Possess strong skills, especially scripting, in SQL and PL/SQL. Some shell scripting knowledge would be helpful. Experience with Oracle Database administration is highly desired
Qualification
Required
DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification: Category IAT Level II (Security+ CE or higher)
U.S. Citizenship is Mandatory
Strong analytical skills to investigate and trace data paths across complex IT systems
Ability to translate complex technical information into clear business needs
Experience with data modeling and data transformation for reporting and analysis tools
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong skills in SQL and PL/SQL
