Responsibilities
Lead the installation of DC power plants, battery racks, and rectifier systems
Oversee and perform DC cabling runs, terminations, and testing
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in live DC power environments
Serve as the on-site technical point of contact for projects
Provide guidance and support to junior technicians and installers
Ensure work is completed in compliance with safety, quality, and technical standards
Perform system testing, commissioning, and documentation
Work on ladders and elevated platforms as needed
Perform outdoor field work when required
Travel as needed to support projects
Use company-provided tools and equipment
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma required
5+ years of hands-on experience installing and supporting -48V and +24V DC power systems
Proven experience with UPS systems and DC battery services
Comfortable with physical, field-based technical work
Ability to lift heavy tools, equipment, and cabling
Preferred
Prior experience leading or mentoring technicians in the field
Experience working in ISO / TL 9000 certified environments
