Responsibilities
Validate data before and after migration to ensure no changes at reporting/query endpoints
Compare large datasets to identify trends, discrepancies, and anomalies
Analyze and reconcile data across multiple source systems
Validate Power BI models, measures, and outputs
Summarize findings clearly and raise issues to the hiring manager
Partner with IT/Data Engineering to determine whether issues are defects or expected behavior
Support cutover and stabilization activities during migration
Qualification
Required
Data Validation & Analysis (pre‑ and post‑migration comparison)
SQL (querying, reconciliation, large datasets)
Power BI (data modeling, report/KPI validation)
Excel (analysis, validation, reconciliation)
Experience with large datasets
High attention to detail & strong analytical thinking
