Responsibilities
Manage finances across the b.labs ventures, with an initial focus on SuperBase and Bemoved
Send invoices in a timely manner and follow up as needed
Ensure timely payment of vendors
Process payroll
Monitor cash flow and flag potential issues
Maintain clean, repeatable financial workflows
Address Blueliner’s financial needs in Q1 if necessary, with the option to focus more heavily in Q2 if the contract is extended
Qualification
Required
Several years of hands-on bookkeeping experience supporting small businesses
Proficiency with QuickBooks Online, Google Sheets, and Excel
Comfortable managing day-to-day operational finance, including payroll and vendor payments
Clear communicator who can explain financial information in plain language
Reliable and responsive, able to work independently
Preferred
Experience with Gymdesk (used by SuperBase), though not required
Exposure to startups, hospitality, agencies, or nonprofits
