Responsibilities
Preparing and reviewing business tax returns (Forms 1065, 1120, 1120S, 990) and individual tax returns
Ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of all filings
Assisting and collaborating with staff involved in bookkeeping, payroll, and sales tax reporting
Providing guidance and support to team members as needed
Managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3 years of tax return preparation experience in a CPA firm
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business
Strong proficiency in Word, Excel, and QuickBooks
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and high level of accountability
Ability to prioritize, delegate, and consistently meet deadlines
Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with changing priorities
Professional demeanor with strong client-facing skills
Continuous improvement mindset with a sense of urgency and commitment to exceeding goals
