Growth & Client Success Associate

Responsibilities

Execute high-volume outreach via LinkedIn, email, and phone to secure advisory services
Act as the first point of contact for all inbound inquiries. Respond to leads, qualify them against our Ideal Client Profile (ICP), and bridge the gap between initial interest and a signed agreement
Partner with the Firm Owner to iterate on niche-specific messaging and execute demand-gen campaigns
Manage trial period engagements, serving as the primary point of contact to ensure satisfaction and conversion to long-term contracts
Maintain 100% accuracy in HubSpot/Zoho, tracking pipeline velocity and conversion metrics

Qualification

B2B SalesCRM ProficiencyConsultative SellingLinkedIn Sales NavigatorMicrosoft 365Entrepreneurial MindsetCommunication SkillsRelationship Building

Required

2+ years in B2B Sales or Business Development (Financial Services preferred)
Proven ability to work independently in a 100% commission or results-only environment
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a focus on consultative selling
Proficiency in CRM (HubSpot/Zoho), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Microsoft 365
