Responsibilities
Provide onsite support for Layer 2/3 networking across multiple IDFs/MDFs
Troubleshoot switching, routing, VLANs, STP, trunking, and general connectivity issues
Assist with network changes, firmware updates, and hardware installations (rack/stack, cabling, labeling)
Support routing protocols (OSPF/BGP basics), ACLs, QoS, and segmentation best practices
Help maintain network documentation, diagrams, and inventory
Provide real-time troubleshooting during events, including weekend and Sunday coverage
Qualification
Required
Provide onsite support for Layer 2/3 networking across multiple IDFs/MDFs

Strong understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, and network security fundamentals
Hands-on experience in enterprise network environments
Ability to work onsite in IDF/MDF rooms and handle physical equipment
Availability for weekend and Sunday shifts based on event schedules
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
