InternMasters' Supply, Inc. is seeking a Design Intern to support their showroom team in providing an exceptional customer experience. This role offers hands-on exposure to kitchen, bath, and specialty design projects, assisting designers with project coordination, material selection, and showroom upkeep.

Responsibilities
Shadow designers during client meetings to observe the design process
Learn how to source and order products for kitchens, baths, and recreational spaces
Assist in maintaining showroom displays, samples, and vendor binders
Gain exposure to the selling process and how designers present proposals to customers
Learn how to articulate a value proposition and communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and vendors
Practice professional communication—both written and verbal—in a team environment
Develop organizational skills by helping track orders, schedules, and timelines
Learn how to prioritize tasks and manage multiple project details
Gain familiarity with industry software and basic Microsoft Office programs
Work closely with experienced designers and branch staff in a professional showroom environment
Participate in team activities, sharing ideas and supporting customer-focused goals
Build professional relationships within the design and supply industry
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Marketing, or a related field
Strong interest in kitchen and bath design, home improvement, or construction
Willingness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
Preferred
design software knowledge is preferred
