Responsibilities

Support legal entity planning activities in coordination with HR, Legal, and M&A leads, helping clarify requirements, track decisions, and organize the steps needed to transition employees into the appropriate entities
Perform detailed job profile comparisons and side‑by‑side analyses for approximately 600 employees, reviewing job descriptions, roles, and levels to align incoming employees with the correct job architecture
Leverage Workday to pull, analyze, and validate HR data needed for job mapping, workforce planning, and other HR integration deliverables
Coordinate and execute tactical components of leadership assessments, partnering with internal talent teams and ensuring logistics, tracking, and documentation are handled accurately and on time
Drive post‑close onboarding activities for incoming employees, including coordinating access (e.g., SSO information), following established onboarding scripts, and helping troubleshoot HR‑related questions as they arise
Act as a key point of contact and relay for questions from the acquired employee population, triaging inquiries, routing them to the right internal partners, and ensuring timely, accurate responses
Collaborate closely with HR, M&A, and other cross‑functional stakeholders to keep workplans current, surface risks and issues, and maintain momentum across multiple concurrent workstreams
Adapt quickly to changing priorities and information, continually re‑prioritizing tasks and adjusting plans to meet tight deadlines and evolving integration needs

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Hands-on Workday experience is required; familiarity with other HRIS or reporting tools is a plus
Previous hands-on experience supporting M&A or large-scale HR integrations; exposure to software or tech environments is a plus
Practical experience with HR operations and HR processes (e.g., job profiling/mapping, onboarding, data validation)
Strong operational and organizational skills with proven attention to detail, especially when working with large employee data sets
Ability to quickly comprehend new concepts in a complex, matrixed environment and drive tasks through to completion
Comfortable working with different stakeholders and perspectives and supporting the adoption of changes across organizations
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Self-motivated, resourceful team player with strong interpersonal skills and confidence to ask questions and seek clarity
High degree of responsiveness, excellent time management skills, and ability to work at a fast pace, particularly around key deal milestones
Strong analytical skills with the ability to compare, interpret and reconcile data from multiple sources
Positive, professional and friendly demeanor with good stress tolerance and the ability to maintain composure under pressure
Takes responsibility/ownership of both positive and negative outcomes and can work independently with limited direction
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required
As a contractor, including remote contractors, you may be required to complete a background check
