We are seeking a Senior Accountant to provide support to the accounting and operations team, reporting to the Development Director.

Responsibilities
Setting up projects in Yardi Construction Manager system
Support month end close, project financial statements and equity investor reporting
Preparing and maintaining project files including budget information
Reconciling project costs with the general ledger and performing financial analysis
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or related field
5-8 years of post-graduate experience in real estate corporate or property accounting
Experience in project accounting, budgeting and billing required for commercial, industrial or multifamily industries a plus
Strong understanding of GAAP
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
Experience with Yardi a plus
