Responsibilities
Manage new leads from first contact through completed project
Meet clients in their homes and in our showroom
Create cabinetry designs and layouts that support effective selling
Present pricing, options, and product differences clearly and confidently
Drive projects forward with urgency and structure
Manage multiple active projects simultaneously
Provide proactive communication and strong account leadership
Deliver a consistently high-quality customer experience
Follow established sales systems while operating independently
Coordinate internal handoffs once projects are won
Qualification
Required
3–5+ years of experience in cabinetry sales, kitchen & bath design, or residential interior sales
Proven ability to meet clients in person, including in their homes
Demonstrated sales experience (not just quoting or drafting)
Strong understanding of cabinetry layouts, appliances, spacing, and functionality
Proficiency in at least one design software platform (2020 preferred)
Ability to manage multiple projects at once without losing momentum
Comfortable working within structured systems while remaining self-directed
Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills
Professional, easy to work with, and team-oriented
Preferred
Is sales-capable and sales-minded
Designs with intent, not just aesthetics
Moves quickly and values execution
Takes ownership of outcomes
Communicates clearly and confidently with clients
Understands that velocity matters
