New Business Development - Special Events
Northwest Cascade Inc, through its division Honey Bucket, is a leading provider of sanitation solutions. The New Business Development - Special Events role is focused on driving customer acquisition and revenue growth in the special events market by identifying and securing new opportunities while ensuring high standards of service.

Responsibilities
Identify and secure new special event customers and opportunities
Proactively research event calendars, municipalities, venues, and promoters
Generate leads through outreach, networking, referrals, and industry events
Build relationships with event organizers and decision-makers
Active in trade and networking associations
Conduct site visits as needed
Design sanitation solutions, including restroom and handwashing unit mix, service scheduling, and health department & ADA compliance needs
Prepare accurate quotes and proposals aligned with company pricing and margin standards
Negotiate agreements and secure contracts
Partner with the Event Sales team to transition new customers into ongoing relationships
Work with Inside Sales to support quoting, scheduling, and documentation
Coordinate with Operations Manager to ensure clear scope, timelines, and safety requirements
Participate in pre-event planning and post-event reviews
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of B2B sales or business development experience
Proven success in new account acquisition
Strong communication, organization, and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple opportunities in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver's license
CRM experience
Proven ability to close the sale
Preferred
Experience in special events, rentals, logistics, or site services
Knowledge of portable sanitation or temporary site services
Salesforce experience
