Social Media & Affiliates Manager

Guest In Residence is seeking a Social Media & Affiliates Manager to lead the strategy and execution of their social media channels while optimizing affiliate and creator programs. The role focuses on driving engagement, community growth, and affiliate revenue through effective content strategy and partnerships.

Responsibilities

Lead social media strategy and calendar planning in partnership with the VP of Brand Marketing
Manage the brand’s presence across Instagram, Facebook, and emerging platforms
Write and proofread on-brand social copy
Own publishing workflows including post scheduling, product tagging, and optimization
Monitor community engagement and coordinate customer responses with Customer Service
Track performance and deliver monthly reporting on engagement, growth, traffic, and e-commerce impact
Stay current on social trends, formats, and best practices to inform content and creator strategy
Manage and optimize affiliate programs across ShopMy, LTK, Awin, and Shopify Collabs
Oversee creator onboarding, ongoing communication, and relationship management across all affiliate channels
Execute affiliate activations tied to product launches, promotions, seasonal moments, and key brand events
Track and analyze creator performance, including sales, traffic, ROI, and conversion metrics, to identify top performers and optimization opportunities
Identify, onboard, and scale high-performing and emerging creators across platforms
Manage affiliate operations, including link creation, attribution accuracy, creator tracking, and commission eligibility
Coordinate affiliate gifting and product sampling, including order placement, tracking, and follow-ups
Maintain organized affiliate and creator documentation, including contact information, platform participation, links, codes, gifting history, and performance notes
Pull and deliver weekly and monthly affiliate performance reporting with clear insights and recommendations
Stay current on affiliate platform updates, best practices, and new opportunities to support program growth
Collaborate cross-functionally to align affiliate strategy with broader campaigns and initiatives

Required

4-6 years of experience in influencer and social media marketing, affiliate marketing, and creator partnerships, within fashion
Proven experience managing social channels, affiliate programs and creator platforms such as LTK, ShopMy, and/or in-house affiliate tools
Strong understanding of creator commerce, performance marketing, and social-driven sales
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple programs, creators, and timelines simultaneously
Comfortable analyzing performance data including sales, traffic, ROI, and commission structures
Deep familiarity with social media trends, creator ecosystems, and social-first content formats
Strong written communication skills with the ability to create clear, on-brand creator briefs and outreach
Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through, especially around links, attribution, and reporting accuracy
Collaborative, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Experience scaling or launching new affiliate programs and social media platforms
Passion for social media, content creation, and storytelling
Experience leading the creation and implementation of social media content
Proven demonstration of exceptional creative/innovative thinking
Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects with adherence to deadlines and budgets
Strong project management/time management skills
