Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruiting for junior to mid-level investment and portfolio roles, including campus and programmatic hiring
Serve as a high-touch partner to candidates, interview teams, and search firms
Oversee onboarding and new-hire integration
Manage performance review and compensation cycles in partnership with senior leadership
Design and deliver training, development, and people programs
Lead Analyst and Associate programs, including long-term talent planning
Support employee engagement, culture initiatives, and team events
Qualification
Required
12+ years of experience in HR, recruiting, and/or talent management; professional services experience required
Strong strategic and operational mindset with exceptional attention to detail
Data-driven, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Workday experience a plus
