Oak View Group is the global leader in venue development, management, and premium hospitality services for the live event industry. They are seeking outgoing, skilled, and service-driven seasonal part-time Brand Ambassadors to assist with Jungle Island's Survivor Immersive Experience and elevate the overall fan experience during events.

Sports

Responsibilities

Engage and assist guests in show-themed challenges and activities, and help prepare Watch Party experiences
Provides prompt and courteous member service
Work with servers to ensure guest needs are met in a timely manner
Ensure impeccable cleanliness of the restaurant and adhere to food safety standards
Set up and breakdown the front of the house activities and service areas
Communicate with hosts, servers, bussers and managers to keep service running seamlessly
Help with food running and carryout orders to support the team whenever needed
Provide excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
Work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Greet guests with warmth and a friendly attitude
Perform other related duties as assigned

Must be 18 or over

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
