Territory Growth Specialist

Smile Doctors is the nation’s leading Orthodontic Support Organization, seeking a Territory Growth Specialist to join their growing team. The role involves driving awareness and adoption of Smile Express® across clinics in an assigned territory, requiring travel to build relationships and deliver training.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage plans for Smile Express® adoption and performance growth
Lead Smile Express® training for new clinic activations, ongoing development, and advanced skill building workshops; providing regular hands-on coaching and follow-up
Establish trust and credibility with doctors, clinic leadership and teams, and providing them with guidance, momentum, and growth
Analyze Smile Express® performance metrics to identify success, opportunities, and challenges, updating operations, clinic, and marketing leadership regularly
Document all visits to clinics, trainings, and performance metrics
Attend community events and support clinic and marketing teams with patient education for Smile Express®

Required

High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
One (1) year of product or sales training experience required
Three (3) years of experience in field sales, account management, or a related position required; experience in pharmaceutical sales or the healthcare, dental, or orthodontic industry preferred
Advanced knowledge of territory management, consultative sales, and relationship management strategies
Intermediate knowledge of learning principles and training delivery
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Strong written and oral communication skills
Strong KPI tracking and reporting skills
Ability to assess training needs, measure outcomes, and leverage performance metrics to improve results
Ability to build and nurture relationships with doctors, clinic teams, and leadership
Ability to frequently travel locally and overnight

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Experience in pharmaceutical sales or the healthcare, dental, or orthodontic industry
