Responsibilities
Work hands-on with environmental monitoring instruments and supporting electrical systems
Troubleshoot basic electrical and instrumentation issues using electronic principles
Use multimeters and hand tools to diagnose, test, and support field equipment
Spend approximately 80% of your time in the field at client sites in and around Orange County
Spend approximately 20% of your time at our Santa Ana office for training, prep, and support
Participate in a structured two-month paid training program focused on CEMS systems and PSE’s technical environment
Qualification
Required
Early-career electrical technician or engineer, or equivalent technical training
Solid understanding of electronics fundamentals, including Ohm's Law
Familiarity with multimeters and basic diagnostic techniques
Comfort using hand tools and working with physical equipment
Interest in instrumentation, field work, and building deep technical expertise
Willingness to learn, take direction, and grow into increasing responsibility
