Responsibilities
Conduct functional assessments across key Oracle EBS modules
Identify process gaps and recommend practical improvements
Work closely with technical teams to support configuration, testing, and issue resolution
Provide functional expertise for upcoming initiatives including FAH optimization and ARCS implementation
Document findings, recommendations, and future‑state process flows
Communicate clearly with business stakeholders and project leadership
Qualification
Required
10+ years of hands‑on Oracle EBS functional experience
Strong problem‑solving skills in heavily customized environments
Experience with FHS and ERCS
Ability to evaluate current‑state processes and propose effective solutions
Preferred
Banking or financial services experience is highly preferred
