They are currently seeking an Architectural Technician to work on a variety of fast-paced industrial projects, focusing on building BIM models, assisting in construction document preparation, and coordinating with clients and project teams.

Responsibilities
Work will include building BIM models, generating renderings or sketches for presentations, assisting in the preparation of construction documents, assisting with project coordination, researching building codes, making project site visits, participating in internal coordination meetings, and participating in meetings with clients
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree in drafting or construction technology
Have experience with REVIT software
Have good communication skills, both written and verbal
Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality
Be willing to work hard and learn
Be adaptable to changing priorities
Have good time-management skills
Be able to think critically
Be able to take initiative given the opportunity
Preferred
Experience with Sketch-Up and Enscape would be considered a plus
