Responsibilities

Drafting dispositive and non-dispositive motions, pleadings, and strategic correspondence
Managing discovery (including written discovery, document review strategy, and deposition preparation)
Supporting hearing and/or trial preparation (witness outlines, exhibit organization, pretrial filings)
Researching and analyzing complex legal issues and developing case strategy memos
Collaborating closely with partners and clients in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting

Qualification

Required

1-4 years of related complex litigation experience
Excellent credentials
