Responsibilities
Oversee implementation and coordination of the 3D Model by the A/E Firm(s)
Confirm use of compatible SW packages to support project collaboration between multiple design parties
Review and comment on A/E firm(s) approach to the BIM execution Plan
Review 3D Model and BIM deliverables of A/E Firm(s)
Collaborate with engineering company’s engineering and BIM functions to oversee and guide their approach
Qualification
Required
Extensive experience in major capital project within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences industry
Proven track record of being a Piping SME or BIM Lead
Experience of performing walkdowns and P&IDs
Background experience in BIM
