Provide friendly, professional customer service in both English and Spanish
Assist customers with basic policy questions, billing inquiries, payments, and coverage information
Support insurance agents with account updates, renewals, documentation, and follow-up
Process paperwork, update client records, and maintain accurate files
Learn agency products, carriers, and systems through structured training
Build positive relationships with customers and contribute to an excellent service experience
Qualification
Required
Bilingual in Spanish & English (Required)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
Willingness to learn new systems and industry terminology
Friendly, professional attitude with a genuine desire to help people
Preferred
Customer service experience preferred (retail, restaurant, hospitality, call center, medical office, banking, or similar roles)
