Responsibilities
Design, implement, and manage scalable, reliable, and secure infrastructure for running applications and automation systems
Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and deployment processes using tools like Terraform, Helm/Kustomize, ArgoCD
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and continuous delivery of software updates
Implement and manage logging, monitoring, and alerting systems, for troubleshooting and ensuring high availability & reliability of the services
Drive “shift-left & shift-right” on security. Ensure scans, compliance with the policies and best practices, including vulnerability management and incident response
Participate in on-call rotation for supporting our deployed systems
Be the champion of best-practices and grow a strong DevOps culture
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in DevOps role
Proven track-record of building & maintaining infrastructure for mission critical applications / services
Experience with CI/CD tools and GitOps methodologies
Experienced writing code in Python and/or Shell
Expertise in public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Strong experience with infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation) and configuration management tools (Ansible)
Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes & containerization tools
Experience with observability tools (Prometheus/Grafana/Datadog/etc)
Experience with HA workloads
Preferred
Experience in restrictive/air-gapped environments
