Responsibilities
Tracking different administrative process for assuring compliance in quality and time
Assist project team in creating requisitions in SAP System
Help project team in getting invoice payment from internal/external vendors and contractors
Review/Process invoice payment, assuring they are paid on time (relation with areas of procurement, account payable, vendors, etc.)
Arrange travel of Project Team (air tickets, hotel, rental car, etc.)
Plan conferences/meeting of project team
Reviews and answers correspondence
Conducts administrative orientation of people related with project execution
Support in safety training for contractor and labor personnel
Directs office services such as maintenance and repair of office machines, ordering of supplies, opens, distributes, and stamps incoming and outgoing mail
Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
2-4 years of Administrative Support experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organizational skills
Strong communication skills
Detailed oriented
Good attitude to learn
Preferred
Associates Degree preferred
Knowledge SAP (desirable, training provided as needed)
