Responsibilities
Advance data strategy for annuity and insurance products in collaboration with business, operations, and technology teams
Consolidate and interpret complex data sets to deliver actionable insights for stakeholders
Develop dashboards (Tableau, Alteryx, etc.) to provide transparency on sales, records, and operations
Identify and implement AI solutions to optimize data processes
Partner with Product and Data Owners to manage and prioritize data initiatives
Lead project delivery, including timeline management, milestone execution, and stakeholder engagement
Align data solutions with both immediate and long-term business objectives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree: 5-7 years' experience in data or product roles (MBA/Post-Graduate preferred)
Proficiency in Tableau; experience with Alteryx or similar tools is a plus
Project/product management experience in financial services; annuities/insurance experience preferred
Strong initiative, organizational skills, and ability to manage projects independently
Experience working with diverse stakeholders in complex organizations
