Responsibilities
Oversee external and internal financial reporting with accuracy and strategic insight
Manage SEC reporting requirements and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards
Lead and develop accounting team members, fostering growth and excellence
Partner with cross-functional leaders to provide financial guidance and support strategic decision-making
Implement and maintain robust internal controls and SOX compliance programs
Drive process improvements and accounting system enhancements
Prepare technical accounting memoranda and documentation for complex transactions
Collaborate with external auditors and ensure smooth audit processes
Qualification
Required
CPA certification
Big 4 public accounting background (audit or advisory) strongly preferred
Extensive SEC reporting experience
Proven experience managing and developing teams
Deep expertise in GAAP and SOX compliance
Strong background in both external and internal reporting
Strategic thinking with ability to partner with executive leadership
Excellent communication skills and executive presence
Preferred
Experience with publicly traded companies
SaaS or technology industry background
Previous Controller or Director-level experience
