Responsibilities
Design and scale document ingestion and processing pipelines across PDFs and structured/unstructured data
Build and productionize LLM-powered workflows for extraction, classification, summarization, and validation
Improve model accuracy, reliability, latency, and cost efficiency
Partner closely with product and engineering to translate customer problems into shipped AI features
Implement evaluation frameworks, monitoring, and feedback loops to drive continuous improvement
Own features end to end from early prototype through production and iteration
Qualification
Required
Strong Python engineering skills with experience writing production-quality, well-tested code
Applied ML experience, particularly in NLP or document-focused AI systems
Hands-on experience integrating LLMs, including structured outputs, retrieval, tool or function calling
Comfort owning ambiguous problems and driving them to production
Product-minded approach with a bias toward shipping, learning, and iterating quickly
