Professional Rater I - Psychiatry

Washington University in St. Louis is seeking a Professional Rater I to assist with ongoing research studies in the SQUID Lab. The role involves administering fMRIs and behavioral assessments, recruiting and scheduling participants, and assisting with data processing and analysis.

Responsibilities

Recruits, interviews, screens and schedules subjects for study per protocol, and assists with organizational tasks
Administers fMRIs and behavioral assessments with participants ages birth to 14 years
Assists with neuroimaging data processing and analysis
Maintains proper documentation and record keeping
Monitors and orders supplies necessary for study
Prepares information packets for patients enrolled in study
May receive training from Professional Rater II, Professional Rater III or others based on organizational structure

Required

Bachelor's degree or combination of education and/or experience may substitute for minimum education
Basic Life Support certification must be obtained within one month of hire date
Basic Life Support certification (Online BLS certifications, those without a skills assessment component, are not sufficient to meet the BLS requirements)
Some evening and weekend availability will be required for this position

Preferred

Prior experience and familiarity with fMRI is preferred but not required
