Research Technician

Responsibilities
Sets up, operates, and maintains laboratory equipment and computer systems, providing technical and logistical support as needed
Manages laboratory inventory and procures parts and supplies to support ongoing operations
Ensures laboratory spaces meet OSHA safety standards and performs routine cleaning and maintenance of lab and prep areas
Supports senior staff and students in conducting research and field experiments, including contributing to procedure development
Recruits, screens, and maintains records for research study participants
Engages in ongoing training and professional development to support laboratory and research operations
Qualification
Required
H.S. Diploma
Two years of related experience
Ability to lift and/or move medium weight objects
