Responsibilities
Build production forecasts and capital allocation models
Advise leadership on where to deploy capital
Develop public guidance for investors and analysts
Coordinate across 8+ departments to deliver integrated budget deliverables
Present technical justification to regulatory bodies (PA DEP)
Optimize capital across upstream, CCUS, power, and midstream (not just drill more wells)
Qualification
Required
10+ years in reservoir/production engineering (upstream natural gas)
Owned (not just supported) corporate budgeting or long-range planning
Ability to walk into a boardroom and explain why we should allocate $50M to X vs. Y
Comfortable with Aires, Enersight, Enverus, Power BI, Spotfire, SQL
Coordinated across multiple departments (Finance, Ops, Geology, Marketing)
Ready to step up from technical expert to strategic leader
Preferred
Marcellus or Appalachian basin experience
A&D deal evaluation or farmout/JOA experience
Testified at OGCC hearings or presented to regulatory bodies
Public company exposure (understand investor relations rigor)
