The role involves managing daily scheduling, logistics, and customer service functions for the installation team, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with internal standards.

Responsibilities
Oversee scheduling for bath and shower installations
Manage administrative tasks, billing, AP/AR, payroll, and reporting
Support supply logistics and ensure compliance with internal standards
Serve as the key liaison between customers and field teams
In this role you will be closely working with our team of In-House Technicians while managing vendors, and subcontractor ensuring the organizations relationships remain in good standing
Qualification
Required
3+ years in an operations or admin role (preferably in home services)
Proven multitasking and communication skills
Experience with customer accounts and payment tracking
Based in San Diego County with reliable transportation to El Cajon, CA
