Entry, Mid LevelCRC is seeking a Product Engineer to own the technical completeness, quality, and execution of their products. This role is focused on identifying gaps, solving complex engineering problems, and driving product improvements throughout the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities
Collaborating closely with internal functional groups and teams to identify high-level problems, needs, and opportunities, translating them into actionable product requirements
Supporting the development of complete products by contributing to manufacturing planning, design, and coordination efforts
Defining, documenting, and effectively communicating product objectives, features, and potential defects to guide product initiatives and releases
Playing an integral role in managing both internal and third-party testing of products, ensuring they meet quality standards and align with customer expectations
Actively gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, ensuring our offerings resonate with the market and fulfill real-world needs
Articulating feedback obtained from Channel Partners, customers, and end users, effectively relaying information to the sales, engineering, and development teams for continuous improvement
Contributing insights to the creation of the product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and market trends
Supporting the product throughout its entire lifecycle, from initial planning and development to maintenance and enhancements
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify potential opportunities for product enhancements and optimizations
Qualification
Required
Technical background in mechanical, electrical, or systems engineering, or equivalent hands-on engineering experience
Experience supporting products beyond initial design, including testing, documentation, packaging, or manufacturing support
Ability to identify problems, follow defined processes, and drive tasks to completion
Comfortable creating and maintaining basic engineering documentation such as test plans, work instructions, or product notes
Familiarity with manufacturing, assembly, or supply chain considerations
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities with guidance from senior engineers
Preferred
Exposure to mechanical or electrical design tools (e.g., SolidWorks, CAD viewers, Altium)
Experience with test planning, validation, or verification activities
Familiarity with electromechanical products, controls, or embedded systems
Experience working with vendors, suppliers, or third-party engineering teams
Interest in cost reduction, manufacturability, or product improvement work
Familiarity with HVAC controls, airflow measurement, or industrial electronics
