Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Analysis – Lead budgeting, forecasting, performance reporting, and provide actionable insights to support resort-wide goals
Compliance & Oversight – Ensure adherence to GAAP, regulatory standards, internal controls, and coordinate audits, tax filings, and external financial relationships
Team Leadership & Process Improvement – Supervise and develop the finance team while driving process improvements and optimizing financial systems
Qualification
Required
A four-year college degree (accounting preferred) or equivalent education/experience
Requires professional certification (e.g., CPA) or the equivalent level of experience
Experience required by position is five to ten years of employment in a related position (Finance/Accounting) with hospitality companies/organizations
Experience with resorts, hotels, and the hospitality industry
A leadership style rooted in collaboration, respect, and service to others
