Triple E Partners is a company specializing in Technology and Engineering Staffing. They are seeking an Account Executive responsible for driving new client acquisition and revenue growth by selling staffing and recruiting solutions to new accounts.
Responsibilities
Prospect and identify new client opportunities through cold outreach, referrals, and networking
Build and manage a consistent sales pipeline of new accounts
Conduct discovery calls to understand client hiring challenges and workforce needs
Present and sell staffing solutions tailored to client goals
Close new business and secure signed service agreements
Own the full sales cycle from first contact through deal close
Meet or exceed monthly activity, meeting, and revenue targets
Negotiate pricing, terms, and service expectations
Accurately forecast pipeline and new business revenue
Partner with recruiting teams to ensure smooth kickoff of new accounts
Clearly communicate job requirements, priorities, and timelines
Support early delivery to establish strong client relationships
Identify opportunities to expand accounts after initial placements
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in staffing sales or recruiting with a strong sales focus
Proven ability to generate new business through outbound efforts
Strong closing and negotiation skills
Confident, persistent, and comfortable with rejection
Organized, disciplined, and metrics-driven
Preferred
Experience selling staffing services
